NPC NATIONAL QUALIFICATION RULES FOR 2026

OPEN DIVISIONS

To qualify for national-level Open competition, athletes must meet either requirement:

• Place first or second in an Open height or weight class at an NPC national qualifier.

• Place in the top five in an Open class at an eligible national-level competition.

An overall win is not required. Novice, True Novice or Masters placings alone do not meet the Open qualification requirement.

QUALIFICATION PERIOD

Qualifying results count for the year earned and the following calendar year. A qualification earned in 2026 remains valid through December 31, 2027, under the current rules.

MASTERS

For 2026 Masters Nationals, athletes must have competed in an eligible NPC regional or national competition in 2025 or 2026. No minimum placing is required. Natural NPC events do not qualify athletes for this event.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Athletes must have a current NPC membership and meet the specific national event’s age and citizenship/residency requirements. Natural pro qualifiers have separate qualification rules.

OUR VENUE, conveniently located in the heart of Central Indiana, is the most centrally situated venue in the United States. This makes it highly accessible and easily drivable from all parts of the Midwest. The venue features a spacious high-rise and convention center, both measuring 25,000 square feet, with vendors located inside. We also have a vast backstage area for athletes and a beautiful production space, making it one of the most sought-after and appreciated venues by a tremendous number of athletes. Additionally, the venue is conveniently attached to our host hotel, providing a two-minute walk from your room to the venue.

This is a very important day, so we want to ensure that you are well-prepared. Registration takes place between 5 PM and 7 PM (The exact time may vary depending on the number of athletes registered ) This registration is located inside the Delaware Hall, which is also where the show takes place. Please ensure that you have purchased your NPC card in advance to avoid the lines - we will be selling them the day of. You may also register for your classes or add any classes on the day of registration. Additionally, you may purchase your media package this day as well. We will have a photographer on site to take photos with you and your team which is a fun and exciting time for our athletes! This is where you will be picking up your goodie bag, custom shirt and hat so please arrive on time. You may purchase tickets in advance between 5-8 pm as well. We also have vendors on site to pick up any pre-sale items and purchase before they sell out!!. We will begin our athlete meeting approximately at 7pm which is extremely helpful for any new athletes to our event, whether you are novice competitors, or both. It’s a great opportunity for you to understand the flow and schedule of the day’s events. We highly recommend that you attend and can’t wait for show day!

Tickets will be sold at registration between the hours of five and eight and all day Saturday, November 21 to secure your seat. We highly recommend purchasing your tickets the night prior VIP tickets are limited the best seat in the house and also the best price package!

Posing divisions for pre-judging will do their mandatories and comparisons in the morning and all athletes will perform their routines at night

This is a very simple and easy process. Simply upload your music to Muscleware.com. This way, you’ll be well-prepared and organized in advance. You may also provide your music during registration, but to avoid long lines and any last-minute changes, please take care of this beforehand.
