Athlete check-in is your official first stop of event weekend and the beginning of the full athlete experience. Complete your registration, receive your competitor number, connect with our team, and get everything you need for a smooth and successful show day!

All athletes should plan to attend. We’ll walk through the show-day schedule, athlete flow, backstage procedures, class order, and other important details so you understand exactly what to expect before stepping onstage.
During Check-In, Athletes Can:
Complete check-in and any remaining registration needs
Receive your competitor number
Pick up your athlete perks and official swag bag
Take your first official competitor-number photos with our exclusive media team, TVPLM
Visit event vendors and connect with participating brands
Shop special pre-sale items or collect pre-ordered merchandise
Meet the promoters and event staff
Connect with fellow competitors, coaches, and friends
Ask questions and review the systems and procedures for show day
Purchase your media packages

Check-in is more than a required stop. It’s your opportunity to settle in, experience the event atmosphere, connect with the people around you, and walk into show day feeling informed, confident, and ready.
Please arrive early enough to complete check-in before the athlete meeting begins promptly at 7:00 PM
